Halal is simply a term that means permissible. We are committed to guaranteeing we meet or exceed the strict criteria for processing standards our halal customers require. The Ministry for Primary Industries classify us as Approved Halal Premises, and we have also implemented an approved Halal programme. Approved Halal Organisations (PHOs), FIANZ and NZIDT routinely audit and certify us with Halal export certificates.
