The flexible processing systems at both of our facilities enable us to offer a full range of chilled and frozen beef cuts customisable to the requirements of our individual customers at the high standards they demand.
Premium quality table cuts are processed from prime steer, on the cooling curve to optimise meat tenderness and aged in our chillers prior to dispatch. The presentation of our chilled cuts is of the utmost importance to us, so we ensure careful attention to detail throughout packing to give consistency to our product quality.
Our quality manufacturing of beef is processed and packaged for consistency, and we are in regular contact with our numerous manufacturing beef customers, as we push to exceed all expectations.

Adult Bovine Plasma
The liquid fraction of unclotted blood derived from healthy, slaughtered cattle 12 months of age or older deemed fit for human consumption by ante and post mortem inspection. After collection, an anticoagulant is added to the fresh whole blood and the mixture is passed through a centrifuge until the red and white blood cells are separated. Plasma stored frozen for further use or processing.

The liquid fraction of clotted blood derived from healthy, slaughtered cattle 12 months of age or older deemed to be fit for human consumption by ante and post mortem inspection. There are no deletions or additions (including preservatives) allowed.
